Hope it's not fast foods unless this is the exception rather than the nightly meal.

Maybe it's time to study the healthier alternative of the food pyramid consisting of high carbohydrate foods right at the top of the list and Vegetables At the bottom.

What ever you eat, make sure you add enough Hemp oil, seeds and of course your morning Hemp smoothie to ensure that you are getting the essential Omegas and Cannabinoids into your diet.
